Here at Jungle Jiggle we aim to provide you with a safe environment for you to have fun with your little one. Parents and carers remain responsible for their children at all times. Members of the Jungle Jiggle crew will carry a basic first aid kit with them and will refer any accidents to the accident book at the venue. The Jungle Jiggle crew will assist in the eventuality of any emergency services should they need to get involved. Please refer to our Health and Safety Policy.
Jungle Jiggle holds Public Liability Insurance.
The safeguarding of children is of paramount importance to us, we therefore have a Child Protection Policy in place that must be followed at all times. All Jungle Jiggle Crew are DBS checked.
All parents/carers will be asked to complete a brief registration form upon purchasing a loyalty card, which will give us information of who we can contact in the event of an emergency. This information will be kept confidential. If there are any medical conditions that you feel we should know about this can be recorded here.
If you or your child suffer with an illness that can be contagious please could we ask that you do not attend your session during the infectious period I.e. 48 hours for sickness and diarrhea or until your doctor has given you the all clear. This is to ensure the health and wellbeing of other children and their parents/carers.
Our equipment and resources are cleaned regularly but if you are dissatisfied or need to report any breakages please contact a member of the Jungle Jiggle crew and they will be happy to help.
We know it can be very exciting to get pictures of your little one enjoying their jungle journey but please can we ask that you gain permission off all other parents of children involved first. Photographs and/or short videos may be taken as long as they are for personal use only. Jungle Jiggle does not allow the reproduction of any part of our sessions, we have worked very hard to formulate our work for the sole use within a Jungle Jiggle session.
Please look after your personal belongings within our sessions as Jungle Jiggle cannot accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of such items.
At Jungle Jiggle we want to provide an inclusive environment, we will treat everyone fairly and equally. We want all children and their parents/carers to enjoy our sessions.
Jungle Jiggle offers a first come first served group for ‘pay as you go’ customers. Therefore, no ‘pay as you go’ place can be fully guaranteed. If we feel groups have grown too big we will strive to put on additional sessions. Jungle Jiggle is under no obligation to refund monies in the event of customers being unable to attend for reasons such as illness, adverse weather conditions etc, if a voucher has been purchased we are unable to refund missed sessions but please feel free to pass on your voucher so someone else can enjoy the fun!
If at any time our venue cannot be used we will endeavor to re-schedule at another appropriate time or use an alternative venue. We will use our Facebook page as a means of communication of any such event arising.
